White Light Meditation V.1
There is a ball of clear, white light above our heads. From it emanates shafts of light that enter us through the tops of our heads and fill us with its energy.
Feel this energy as it courses through you, filling your entire body. See yourself as glowing from within.
Feel the energy as it clears and cleanses, transmutes all negativity to positive energy and protects.
The ball enlarges and descends to encompass you. It expands to fill your space. It reaches out to include your living area and your vehicle.
The white light becomes a spiral, like a tornado of energy clearing and cleansing all that it touches. Leaving its protection behind as a glowing presence. Feel its light, love and strength. See it ascend into heaven.
End with the Our Father, or Spirit of the Great White Light prayer. You may choose a different prayer to end with. Follow your guidance and do what is effective for you.
Pulling Cords V1
Sit quietly with both feet flat on the floor. Breathe deeply and quiet yourself. Imagine yourself filled with the White Light Energy. Feel peaceful and strong. Know that you are protected.
Call to your guardians and guides to ask for their assistance in this process. Ask that they heal you of the wounds left by the cords by filling the holes with White Light Energy so that they remain disconnected from you.
Now you are ready to imagine the person sitting across from you.
See the cord(s) connecting you. Pull the cord from you [you may need help from your guide or the use of an energy tool of your own creation - a spade, a knife]. See the hole it left filling with White Light and being spontaneously healed.
Push the cord toward the person while saying whatever you need to say to them. Get it all off you chest. This is your opportunity to say everything you could not say in person
When you are done speaking, imagine the person in a sphere of White Light Energy [this protects you from any negativity the person feels toward you] or if you want a softer disconnect, place them in a pink cloud. Then blow softly and watch them float away.
Sit for a moment. Then thank your guardians and guides for their assistance and let them depart.
